Human-centered design can help us overcome the paramount obstacle standing in the way of designing engaging E&C programs: The tendency to view and approach employees as potential offenders. A human-centered program supports employees in actualizing their ethical capabilities and realizing their ethical aspirations. As a result, employees will make more active use of ethics codes, trainings, hotlines, and other program resources.
